Hyperdrive is a 4.2.1 TW ROM. Ive used it.

Good news hyper drive tomorrow is successfully working I just
Wipe data/ system
Cache and device cache
Install hyper drive rls15 latest update I think
And then flash tw.apn mod. *thanks* feeling good with hyper drive rom
Wifi works and 3G and mms when you flash tw mod give it sec you get update and don't worry it goes back to 3g I'm going to see if 4g works when I'm about to leave to work.

After flashing any kernel or any ROM I would say its a good idea to wipe cache and dalvik / fix perm.

Ive never flashed any print firmware - but it takes me more steps at time to get stuff to flash.

To find out just what version of android you are on just extract all the files from the zipped rom. Then navigate to its system folder. Open the build.prop file with a text editor (I use Notepad++)

Toward the top look for the line:

ro.build.version.release=4.3

This is from a CM10.2 build. Its Android 4.3

Im got the HyperDrive RLS15 (not sure it its latest) but its listed as:

ro.build.version.release=4.1.2

Its Android version 4.2.1

It say on 4.1.2 it works good test call I think you might hear little echo or I might boost up the volume calling but the "activate this device" isn't working which you see sprint symbol doesn't work. Carrier status is nothing lol but yeah

Good question. I don't live in a 4g area so I'm relying on testers to tell me.

That said I'm trying to get CM / AOSP /And TW ROMs to all have working 3G and MMS first, then on to 4G.

By the looks of it I have a good TW fix. I'll need AOSP confirmed working then on to the beast CM.

As for CM and AOSP I'm working exclusively on Android 4.3. If it works on 4.2 then that's great too

Also additional reminder :

It may take up to 10 to 15 min for Internet to connect. Its normal. My flash erases the telephone database and it may take time to rebuild. First boot with fix I'd keep WiFi off to force it.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case for us (me?) on CM10.2

When I loaded that up no Internet or 3G, not even after any fixes I've tried. It may be confined to just 10.2. Funny the AOSP fix I posted worked fine on those ROMs but failed on CM10.2.

That's why the make sure 3G works statement.

Thanks! Yea for all but CM 3G is a given. I'd love something like a list of folks in LTE areas that could do some testing.

I live in a 4g area and would be happy to do some testing for you in about a week and a half. I'm a college student and I've got 4 exams coming up so I don't have a lot of time right now. If you really need something specific tested before then let me know and I can probably make it happen.

Finally just upgraded to a 32gb microSD so I can do some more testing. I live in a 4G area so can know immediately after flashing if 4G is working. Right now i'm back on rooted stock rom but would love to get a working 4G CM or MOAR rom for daily use. Lemme know what I can do.

Why not try (test) the newest v6 of MOAR. Its a prerelease:

CM APN Fix posted. I tested it on CM10.2 and also PACMAN4.3-Build-1 (both Android 4.3)

I may be able to combine CM and AOSP but for now - I need sleep.

Please test and report back with:

ROM
MMS Working?
LTE Working?
Calls working?
Internet Working?

This fix may take up to 15min to connect to internet - give it time. Shut down you wifi at first boot to force the phone to connect via 3G / LTE.
