Root [Virgin Mobile] Partition sdcard? Link2sd.

I want to free up some internal space. How do I go about partitioning my sd card to use link2sd? Should I use TWRP of Windows 7?

Thank you. If I wanted to use external 2internal...would I need link2sd? Please let me know the best way to save space

I have never used that, just Link2SD, so I cannot comment on that. I save about 400Mb of internal storage space by using it. Just keep in mind that when you pull your SD card to format and partition, make sure your phone is OFF or you could screw up your SD card.

I just went into settings and unmounted the card

If you use interna2external don't unmount like that, it will unmount internal SD and damage your phone. And internal2external only allows the large secondary files that some apps have (like some games, some are up to 5 GB) to be stored on SD. The app itself is still in phone memory. Best way to save space is using both int2ext and links2sd. But you can use one or the other if you want.

Foldermount can also be used instead of external 2 internal (we just like the convenience of having the entire card switched that way we dont have to mount individual folders).

Okay. Now, if I use external2internal...it won't format my sdcard will it? And will the obbs files of my installed apps go to my second partition or my fat32 partition?
