I just need to vent a little, so who is with me...
every time i call customer support by the time i get off the phone my problem is worse, i have a huge headache, and have the urge to throw my face through the wall let alone my phone... like today i called in to set up a topup with a promo code, not only was he rude, and refused to apply the promo, he hung up on me when i told him he forgot to add it... i called back and was told i cannot use the code because the top up already went through...
and lets not get started on how hard it is to swap phones....
