--This is a convert really - not even a port. I just converted some stuff to make it easy for folks to be able to flash it without editing themselves.

DOWNLOAD HERE

What I did:
  • Installed my APN Fix (#3)
  • Edited / Confirmed build.prop entries
  • Replaced Sim Toolkit with our MK5 version
  • Replaced the eri.xml file for Virgin Mobile identification

Steps for clean flash (recommended):
  1. Factory reset
  2. Flashed Beanstalk ROM
  3. Flashed Gapp (I used the PA Gapps)
  4. Flashed Kernel

------------------------------------------------------------

Steps for dirty flash (not really recommended):
  1. Flashed Beanstalk ROM
  2. Flashed Kernel
(No Gapps needed on dirty flash)

------------------------------------------------------------

Kernels Ive use so far that work:

------------------------------------------------------------

Listen - I just repacked the ROM to work on ours, so please give the thanks to the true developers and source.

CHANGELOGS

Thanks to:
gimmeitorilltell For the ROM - Hit thanks / Donate to him please
decimalman for DKP kernel
GideonX for BMS Kernel
imoseyon for Lean Kernel
kszaq for the patch
Sorry I'm not sure who made the PA Gapps but please thank them if you find out who.

It ran pretty nice for me too except some battery issues but that could have been anything! Thx for the post

This looks sexy. Tempting to move away from ebildude123's nightlies as I haven't learned how to edit build props (yet). I miss Paranoid and AOKP, so maybe a stable build of this will fit my fancy. What are the biggest advantages over something like Carbon?

Some of the minor tweaking options are different. This ROM to me just felt a little smoother.

Also decimalman has a new host and has some newer downloads available, located here. of course for this rom you'll want to pull from the AOSP 4.4 KitKat folder which most of you should know

Hey MopedRyder.. I'm not the smartest rom user. Would it be easy for me to change the eri.xml back so it says "sprint"?

Yeah, I'm one of those guys...

Before you flash this rom, you could take the eri.xml from the original sprint version and switch it into this rom.zip.

The eri.xml file is located in the /system/framework/framework-res.apk file. All you really need to do is download the unfixed ROM from the developer and replace that file (framework-res.apk).

Nice running rom, lots of options..

Does anyone know where option to change lockscreen weather from C to F

Funny; I just posted the same question in the CyanogenMod 10.2 Stable Release/Official CM 11 Upcoming! (Edit: It's Here!!) section.
I think I just found it under Settings/Lockscreen/Clock Widget(customize)/Weather Panel/Use Metric (uncheck).

Yep that was it. I looked through all the settings, don't know how I missed it... Thanks

Edit.. Anyone else having issues with messaging force closing when trying to send?

Had to give this a try.Pretty sweet.I use to run this on my infuse back in the day but it wasn't 4.4 back then.I like it thanks for making this work on our device.

Thank you soo much moped ryder, ive tried to do this but had no time thus far, only one question, does the rom and those three tested kernels come with a bootloader(question mark)

also, im not always in the loop of news and software goodies, what are PA gapps, I know gapps are google apps(playstore, youtube..gmail...etc)

Carbon has been wrecking my battery lately and I have no idea why. Went from 90 to 2 on my 7000 mah battery. Maybe need to recalibrate it? Idk. been the same with my other 7000 mah battery also.

Two possible causes-LTE, and Google keyboard. Check your battery usage under settings. I always restore the AOSP keyboard, but Google keyboard has caused issues for some, including myself the first time I tried Beanstalk and didn't know better. It was somehow my number one battery abuser. Could be a similar situation on Carbon. I'm currently using about 1% every two hours with dkp kernel on latest Carbon with my ZeroLemon battery, so most likely a misbehaving app is the problem.

Hmmm okay I'll take a look at my battery stats. That's not bad at all!! Mind sharing your setup with DKP?

I've had Beanstalk and the DKP kernel installed for a little over 24 hours. I can't seem to send an MMS message, is there a fix for this?

The stock app won't work for mms. I use Hangouts and i think some of the 3rd party apps will work but honestly not sure which.
