Root [Virgin Mobile] Samsung Apps .apk file

I deleted some Samsung apps cause I wanted to de-bloatware my phone, but now I miss the Samsung Galaxy voice dial - it just worked for me.

What is the .apk I need to get this back, and where can I find it? It seems I can't get it on Google Play. Come to think of it, I miss the voicemail one too.
