My Optimus F3 just lost network connectivity on some functions but not all.
Google Now and Voice dictation both say when attempting the function "No Network available. Try again when you are connected to the network".
Yet, Chrome, Dolphin browser and Skype work fine. On both 4G and Wifi.
I'm stumped. Anyone else experiencing this today (7/13/14).

(SOLVED!)
At least in my case, the culprit was the MagicJack App!
If I QUIT the MJ app, Google Now and voice dictation works.
Run MJ again and both report NO Network Connection.
I've had the app on my phone for some time but never setup the new version till today.
Anyways, I hope this helps someone.
