Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Google Search

I uninstalled the Google search, as I was tired of seeing it at the top of the screen. Not really thinking, now I am not able to use the voice to text function. Is the a way to extract the. apk ? Or do I have to restore a backup?

The system apk's can be found in the stock roms. Grab it out of the deodexed version. Copy it onto your phone and then install it.

what, by chance, is the name of the .apk? As far as I can see, none say "search"
