Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] OptF3 crashed - Now NO 4G

Problem:- 4G non functional.

Event: My wife's Optimus F3 had an event and crashed to some degree. By the time I got my hands on it, it was stuck at the Virgin Mobile screen on a reboot. I powered off / on and it stuck at same point. Next, pull Bat, reboot, stuck. Try again, pull bat, reboot... SUCCESS. It booted. However, it was clear some event like a half way factory reset had happened. It had lost "some" system settings but not apps or pics.

After restoring most settings and apps it became apparent 4G isn't working.
Going into Settings->More..->Mobile Networks->Network Mode, if I select CDMA, then 3G turns on and works. If I select LTE/CDMA I get nothing.

(Note: My wife and I have identical F3's, both rooted). My F3 has 4G with normal performance and behavior. 8Down/1Up.

Anyone have a suggestion about how to re-enable 4G?

Thanks,
Robert

1.Goto
Settings -> System Update -> Update PRL & Update profile

If that doesn't work
2. Goto Seting -> Backup & Reset -> Factory Data Reset (this will delete all data on phone so backup you stuff first) then repeat step 1.

Thanks!

Didn't think of Step 1.

I figured on Step 2 and was trying to avoid it and find another way.
(Lots work to restore after Full reset)
