Very strange. I think it's because I wiped my internal storage. I won't do that again. I'm back up and running again. :D

I'm currently using this and have MMS working perfectly fine. I'm using textra with the apns from the advanced stock thread. I can also attest to the camera working well. I actually like the aosp camera way more than the lg one too.
 
Alright I really didn't feel like reading through all these pages. Can I know what exactly is working? My phone isn't activated I only use wifi so will this be good to use?
 
I got the home button led lights to function correctly :). I'll upload an updated zip sometime later today or tomorrow.

I noticed rotation also works now. :)

You may be able to but i would activate it first.

btw, I spoke too soon about the home button lights working correctly. It's not working right.
 
Not going to kid you, I've read nowhere past the opening post. Would you like assistance in porting this to metro/tmo variants? If so, I'm more than willing to move it forth, and once there, help to get everything else going so to get out of alpha. What you say of it? I'm sure that it's been proposed by others, but seeing as there doesn't seem to be any thread on the other side, y'all might need someone with a device that can handle their own. WELL. Since this is going to be my daily driver for the next two weeks, and I'm more than capable, I'd like to play ball. I can get it going in a day or two with your go ahead, otherwise I can devise my own evil plans.
 
Personally idt xclusive would mind. Esp since its an opportunity to get his work to more people who need it. Also, I've been running this as a daily for a little and I've seen graphical issues in weird places; nothing function breaking though. I've installed xposed and gravitybox with no issues thus far with transparency and status bar tweaks. Minus the known problems I'm really liking it.

Sure, I could use all the help i can get. Im on the very last folder on the device tree. I just need to see what i need from the lib/modules folder to have it boot from compilation. There is at least one file that is compiled that needs to be overwritten. Gralloc.msm8960.so.
 
Ill upload what i have with the device tree later today. Its mainly phenomx4's device tree modified. My original was similar but his was better. His kernel is better as well. Oh, the boot.img that is compiled doesn't boot. I was going to mess with that last. I'm currently using a modified stock ramdisk with phenomx4' s kernel. Im not sure if the latest rom upload includes his kernel or not.
 
Great to see you getting some help. I'm always aboard with testing and helping as well. I finally got virtual machine running with ubuntu so I don't have to struggle with android kitchen anymore.
 
Been busy today, but tomorrow I'll dedicate some time to the cause.

And aquavolt, I always encourage others to learn Linux well, it's the birthplace of Android, after all.

Yeah I know a bit about Linux and coding, but there's always more to know which I'm trying to do, I just don't seem to have that much time. This rom however just needs to get LTE and bluetooth running and that's pretty much a beta to me.
 
Is any body still have interest in the kk ROM that phenomx4 did the I'm using it now seems to work great I don't have service on it any more it could use an oc kernal
 
I have allot of interest in it. The phone doesn't work right but its basically perfect other than that. I haven't heard from phenomx4 since the beginning of February.
 
Thats strange. I remember flashing that rom and the phone working. It had a camera issue, and couldn't connect to the phone by computer for mass storage. Other than that, i dont remember any major problems.
