Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Safe Volume warning/reset

Hello Everyone,

I've been putting the finishing touches on my F3, and one item I cannot seem to shake is the low volume warning/reset when I plug headphones in. Every time I plug my headphones in, it tell me something to the extent of 'Listening to music at a high volume can damage your hearing or something and then resets the music volume to 25%. I am rooted and have Xposed, and I figured that there would be a module to take care of this already, but I have yet to find it. Can someone please let me know how I can get the volume to stay where I leave it when I plug something in? I can provide you any other info you might need. Thank you.

Usually you can't - because if you could you could win a suit against the manufacturer when you damaged your hearing (which you would if you ran full cellphone audio output to high efficiency earbuds). Then you'd have to choose whether to put the earbuds in your ears and only hear the lows, or tape them to your hearing aids and only hear the highs. Or buy hearing aids with Bluetooth (with a music profile) in one of them and only hear telephone quality music in one ear.

Trust me - one loud burst can kill a lot of 4Khz cilia in your inner ear. (And the constant 4KHz tone you hear, 24/7/365 [which your brain "creates" because you're not hearing anything there] isn't very pleasant.)

Well, that is great and all, but I take public transportation to the middle of a major city for work, so there is quite a lot of noise pollution. Couple that with the mp3s and lower-end earbuds I use, and I cannot clearly hear certain songs when I am walking. Additionally, when i plug my phone into my cassette converter in my car, it is a pain to have to hold the rocker while driving just to hear my music.

Regardless, I understand how the feature can be helpful, but it is assinine to give us no way of disabling it. That is why I am looking for a community sourced solution. Apparently, GravityBox has such a feature, but the version I have on my phone (v3.1.0) does not have that option (see attached).

If anyone knows why this is, and more importantly, how to get this option back, I would appreciate it.
