Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Someone help me with this

Hello and welcome to the forums. You having a problem with 3g and 4g you may want to reset your signal and your data . Are you rooted
 
Don't worry some of us sit in the same boat . I tried to tell some forum members that . These guys laughs at me and say i am crazy . But they starting to see 4g is still coming up.
 
I actually am in an area that has 4g well some 4g, I had to update my prl and phone profile under system settings> system updates, to get it to work though, I got a bad prl or something before when I was in 4g areas I would lose all data, updating the profile made it start working again, you might try updating the prl occasionally to see if they have added the service in your area yet, I also found out that you can look at the sprint rollout map here and look up the network upgrades, sites that say 2 data speed upgrades seem to correspond with 4g coverage
 
Yes updating the PRL on this phone is a must. I don't know if it auto updates on other f3s but mine doesn't. I update mine at least once a week and notice better coverage all the time.
