Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Stuck in CWM after OTA system update plz help

hi I rooted my phone and played with a few system flies and messed up a few things with my phones ui and installed cwm so I could flash the stock rom again anyway my phone said it had an ota system update and when it finished it said reset to finish update and I did without thinking now im stuck in CWM I hit reboot system now and it just loops in CWM is there anyone that can compress the update into a CWM flashable zip. I don't have a phone and not a lot of time to mess with it

I had the same thing happen and restoring my Nandroid backup would not fix it, so I don't know if you will be able to fix it by flashing that stock rom. I used the Unbrick method. http://androidforums.com/virgin-mobile-optimus-f3-all-things-root/779320-unbrick-vm-sprint-f3.html

yeah I have that rom already believe me I tried flashing it im just gona try the unbrick method
