Check the play store under "my apps" and "all". Scroll to the bottom and you'll find "vutalk uninstaller" i think. Apparently Vutalk is no longer supported after july 1, 2014. This update will remove everything associated with Vu talk from your phone.
Edit: since all data, etc is gone and it's no longer supported does anyone know if it's safe to remove?
