Root Virgin Mobile Voicemail with Custom ROM

Stock, B07 OTA update. I checked B06 and it has the same problem. Only B05 and B04 work fine.

Stock (Jelly Bean 4.1.2) as I said.

You must push the apk to /system/app and set permissions to 6-4-4 or rw-r-r. Installing the "normal way" won't work.

I already tried that, see post #13 above in this thread. I also tried sideloading the voicemail apk with ADB (as mentioned in post #14). I even tried installing a zip (with the voicemail application) from TWRP.

I get the same error as with all the other voicemail apks that I already tried to install:
"Parse Error: There is a problem parsing the package"

Edit; Never mind, just noticed the posts that said the same thing I was going to say... Have you tried flashing the stock B06 kernel?
