Help virtual keyboard cap lock?

I used to double tap the caps button to lock the caps. It doesnt work anymore. I even reset the xoom back to stock for other reasons and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

I had the same problem

Go to Settings > Accessibility and turn OFF

Should work fine after that
