I just downloaded a nav app. once download was complete, my phone turns itself on to load the google sign turns off than continues to repeat. is there any way to fix this? i tried to install a remote whip but due to the power not being on it was unable to work, is there anything i can do to minimize dealings with telstra?

What application did you install?

Is this the only thing you did before it started resetting?

If you want to factory wipe (last resort), boot the phone up by holding down Volume Down, Volume Up, and Power button together for about 10 seconds. This will put you into Fastboot Mode. Use the Volume Keys until it says Recovery then press the power button. From here you can do a factory reset of your phone.
