Root Virus Rom nightlies?

I installed the virus rom with sense 3.0 and I love it. I am pretty sure there are nightlies available. Is it worth flashing nightlies around once every two or three weeks? And Is the Bliss sense 3.5 rom good? Does everything on that work? I wanna try it, but don't want to wipe my whole phone and have to download all my apps again, and change all my settings. Thanks for the help!
 
I like nightly builds, but I like the idea of flashing something new every night and seeing what's new or changed. It's definitely not for everyone, though. The good thing about nightlies is that you can more than likely get away with just wiping both caches. AFA the Bliss ROM, If you don't want to do a full data wipe, then I think you answered your own question ;)
 
I liked the soab sense 3.5 rom. I'm on liquid 3.0 now, its ok but i am having radio issues that I am nervous about flashing newer ones.
