Help virus scan help.??

is there a way i can run a virus scan from my computer to my optimus m
and i don't mean the sd card i already done that now i want to scan the phone
just to be on the save side even if it is once a month or do i need to install it to my phone then once it is done un installed it.??

search the market for an app called "Lookout Security and Antivirus" its free and it works good
