The handset software itself, being Linux-derived, is pretty much immune due to the way it works. However, and it's a BIG however, the SDHC memory card can provide a handy vector for malware to attack any computers that it is attached to.
I thought if you haven't rooted your phone and not enabled external unsigned apps, then there should be no way, as long as android market place scans for malware etc
