My wife never set up a password but now she cannot even login to her tablet. The lock comes on tne screen but it will not move to unlock. I have tried successfully to reboot but it didn't help. Can anybody hlp me please?

When you say you've not setup a password, is that for a gmail account or a PIN for the tablet itself?
If you have a gmail password, have you tried that?
