Visual land Prestige 7 help

I helped my girlfriend install CM10 on her Visual Land Prestige 7, and it's been having major lag issues. I forgot to have her make a backup so I was wondering if anyone has a backup/stock ROM that we can flash back onto her tablet. Any help would be great.
