Help Visual voice mail

Has any one installed and used Metro's visual voice mail app? I installed it a week or so ago, and now I have a vm indicator regardless of wether I have a vm or not. I in installed the app and still have the indicator. If I actually get a vm, and I delete it, the indicator will go away for a couple of hours, but then comes back. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to install Metro's voicemail but I uninstalled it bcuz it stopped picking up my voicemails. Now that I am trying to reinstall the app it will not complete the installation. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

Try using a wifi connection when downloading it, I recommend wifi when downloading Apps period as from my experience 1x through metro just doesn't seem built to handle the demands of an android user.

I've also uninstalled this and am not using it any more.

I am able to download it but it just will not re-install. I've tried it with and without wifi and I am still having the problem. Metro couldn't help me and neither could handmark.

Update.......................

My visual voicemail is finally working! A CSR refreshed my data connection and this allowed me to install the app.
