Anyone get the new 3.0 Visual Voicemail update yet ?, my wife got it on her Lollipop, but I still have not got it on Marshmallow. Just curious if others have received it. The new version is really much nicer.

That's why, I want to see if anyone on Marshmallow has received this update.

Just received the 3.0 update. Only thing I don't see is the ability to listen to VMails default by speaker only. Hope they fix this.

Never used it, but can't you just update it from the Play store? It's there for update in "My Apps" but I have no interest in it.

I did say in the post above yours, that I just received it, LOL

It was not available right away for Marshmallow and finally updated from the play store a few days ago.

No charge, it's included in the Cricket package.

I've got a stacked pin on Page Plus, so it won't be until the end of next month. But I'm convinced to make the switch. I'll report back.

So far there is no setting to change notification, disable vibration, not have the voicemail heard over speaker by default.

The default is to use the earpiece. They just changed the icons to a speaker (representing the earpiece) and a speaker with some curves next to it (representing the speaker).

Yes we know that, but we cannot change the default earpiece to be default speaker. That's what we are saying.

That's true - you can't change the default from earpiece to speaker, but you said (emphasis mine):

Which indicates that hearing voicemail over the speaker is the default, which it isn't. It seems I misunderstood what you were trying to say.

That is correct, and no way of making default ATM

I don't think there's a single Verizon mvno with visual voicemail, so regardless it will be a big step up for me. Especially for free
