Help Visual Voicemail icon not showing # of messages

My voicemail icon is not showing any indication of unheard messages as it used to. How can I get this back?:confused:

did you add the icon through the widgets menu, or the app menu.

you must add it through the widgets menu to get the displayed number of messages

ahhh I'm not sure how I added it - I think I did it via the app menu. I'll check it out - thanks!!!!!!
