Help Visual Voicemail Problems

Haven't had a VVM notification in awhile, went to all programs and noticed the VM program not listed anymore. Called sprint as usual they wanted me to do a hard reset. Is there anyway to download VVM back to my phone without doing a hard reset?
 
Thread moved to the troubleshooting section. I have never heard of the Sprint Visual Voicemail app just disappearing like that, but I suppose anything is possible.

Are you rooted? Perhaps you flashed a new ROM and forgot to reinstall the Sprint Visual Voicemail .apk file?
