I have 2 of the Vitrias about 6 mos old and rooted them, no idea why, except that I could. Didn't add or change any thing.
I see the build ends with 132 and a few times a week the notification says that 137 is available for download and update. I quickly download the file and begin install. I goes through the install and aborts at the end.
I took the phones to Metro to inquire and they said it's because I'm rooted. The didn't want to hook up the phones as they said if they show they were ever rooted, the warranty is gone.
I opened supersu and did the full unroot. Little root check app shows phones are now not rooted. I don't see any of the superuser or su files in either bin file. I still have stock firmware, never changed.
How can I be sure the phones will now pass muster for any warranty..
