I have a Droid X and would like to run Pandora through my car radio without adding the expensive after market adapters. I have tried the FM receivers at Best Buy and the reception is very poor. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Heck! I just use a 1/8" stereo jack adapter and plug it in. Sounds great. only 8 bucks!
