Help VM notification on power down and up

Is there anyway to change the "Virgin Mobile" ringtone when the phone powers down and up?
Without rooting I might add.

I haven't found a way to change it, but will be watching this thread. Also, I hate that using Navigation app throttles the startup/powerdown sound to full loudness.
 
^good suggestion. but why waste the space (seeing as VM has YET to grave our phone with 2.2 as of yet) when you can just hit vibrate?
 
Its the worst - I work in a busy office and sometimes turn off the phone to conserve battery life as I have no service in the building. Cant tell you how many times that screaming voice has caused embarasment....

You know, now I'm not so sure Zeam wasn't just having a bad day or if Zeam didn't like Silent Boot, but regardless, I can now live just fine with the annoying sound.
