I don't know if this has been posted before, but i checked for updates on my voda desire 2.1 yesterday and have managed to update to 2.2 with no problems and everything appears to be running tickity boo.
This is not the Vodafone bloatware update, as i read about that on this forum and managed to avoid installing that crap on my phone.
