Help Voice action for android seems to be working funny

Hi

I have been trying out this google voice action - the strange thing is whatever command i say it is taken as web query.

If i say - send text to etc - i get a googel search on send text to etc - instead of having a text message written.

Is anyone having a similar problem?

dont say send? just do text or message x, then your message?
I would say its misunderstanding your accent and thinking you are saying search not send.
