Help Voice command not working

Hey does anyone know why my voice command stopped working for answering or rejecting calls? The option in the settings is turned on.
 
Anyone?! Now it works for answering calls but when my alarm was going off this morning I kept saying snooze till eventually I was yelling at it and it still didn't snooze
