Root Voice Command w/ Apex?

Hey all,

I'm currently on Apex 1.4.1. Is there anyway to get Voice Command to work on it?

It is suppose to activate on double tapping home. But it doesn't bring it up. I've already set ADW to do nothing when I press home.

Any ideas?
