Help Voice Commands do not work since 2.3 update

Since I upgraded to 2.3, my voice commands seem to not work. I thought it was just me, but seems others over at sprintusersforums are reporting the same thing. Anyone else notice this issue?
 
Just tried my voice commands and all is well. Try doing a reset? The only thing that doesn't work for me is netflix (Swype is kinda broken as well).
 
Voice commands now seems to only work when you are not moving (like in a car) or in quiet environment. It worked perfectly before the update.
 
I had a customer come in the other day with this issue, I went into the market and he had not downloaded the "voice search" app which is a google app that updates the voice search and it seemed to work.
