Is there a good app that gives me voice control when there is no network? The S Voice and Dragon needs access to the internet, which when you are on the move is rather inconvenient"!
Good question. The Google Voice (or whatever it's called) reportedly doesn't need an Internet connection with Jelly Bean, but I've not tried that because I always have an Internet connection. I assume that's what I'm using when I search using the Google widget or Google Navigation. I'm not sure I've ever used S Voice for anything.
