Help Voice Dialing - Droid RAZR M

I have the Droid RAZR M; presently, the voice dialing functionality utilizes the phone's built-in 'Voice Commands' (by Nuance). Is there any way to force voice dialing to use Google's 'Voice Actions' instead?

I ask because there's an incredibly-long lag in activating the built-in 'Voice Commands', vs. using Google Voice Actions.
