Accessories Voice dialling with IO Play

Just bought a new car with an IO Play Bluetooth handsfree kit installed.
Pairing was instant and easy and audio streaming is brilliant but...
Is there anyway to get it to do voice dialing?
All I can see is hold down the green button for two seconds to redial last number on the phone.

Check the manual of the BT handsfree, if it can use its own set of voice commands.
I've got a Parrot BT kit and it allows me to select between the phone and carkit voice commands.

Well I got it working... Kind of.
When you hold down the disconnect button on the car kit it launches Google Voice.
Unfortunately Google voice is utterly incapable of recognising a single command.
Sigh...
