Voice mail, I cant here it.

Never had this problem before with a phone but I can not here my voice mail with the speaker on or off, I've had the volume all the way up so what gives ?

are you using the app or actually calling your voicemail?

To be honest, I didn't know we could still dial in to get our voice mails! I have trouble hearing the app too. It would be nice if it could at least play through my Bluetooth headset.

Are you sure you have media volume turned up? You can use the app Audio Manager to control that. Are you sure you hit the Speaker Icon in the voicemail app? Also yes, you can still dial voicemail, just hold down the number 1 in the phone app.
