Help voice mail notification (pulling hair out!)

Ok so I love my fascinate, but all of a sudden if I have a voicemail, the audible notification is a phone ring...but for at least 3 min, there is no way to stop it....I literally have to turn the volume off.

Anyone know how to fix?
