Help VOICE MAIL Notifications

I cannot be the only one who is going crazy with their voice mail notifications. I upgraded from Razor Max to the turbo and voice mail notifications have changed. I get the initial voice mail 1, 2 or 3 thing and then WHAM I swipe - the notifications are gone... Check voice mail randomly and find I have 10 Voice mails. PLEASE is anyone having this problem and is there a way to correct it? get an app? settings? Any help much appreciated. TY

Welcome to Android Forums.

I'm not sure what your problem is.

I find the random changes from one stock phone app to the next stock phone app to be annoying.

Based on a recommendation posted on Android Forums I converted to ... Pixel Phone Pro ... and concluded that someone finally got it right.

You might want to give it a try.

Bill, I had that same problem and I was so annoyed and no where near wi-fi to research this, so I called Verizon and told them the problem. They fixed it right away. Had something to do with the amount of notifications to display. I dunno, I just kinda tuned him out and got right to the fix. I was pissed at missing VM's!!!

when the first update came through a day after the launch of the Turbo, I lost all voicemail, text alert, and missed call notification. did a factory reset, and everything worked. when the most recent update that came through about a week ago, I had the same problem again, and did a factory reset, and again, it fixed everything. I have an other post up here talking about the problems I had with the morons at VZW with this problem...
