It's the one from the LG esteem, but I believe they're the same thing. I made a point to save a few system apps I liked before flashing the new ROM, like the memo pad (simplicity), but that wasn't one of them

You need to use a file manager to copy it to /system/app. You need to also be rooted to do this.
I use X-Plore, you can find it on the play store.
