voice recorder

I taped a class on my HTC Incredible. The file comes up as a .amr file. Is there anyway to convert this into a mp3 file?

I think Audacity should be able to open it (with ffmpeg support installed), check this pages (1st is homepage with download, 2nd ffmpeg install guide) :

You might also take a look at Media Monkey to see if it can make that conversion.
