Help! I'm having a strange problem with my Verizon Galaxy Nexus. Starting last night, I'm unable to make or receive calls. I can't send txt messages either. But here's what's strange - I can receive txts and the data is fine. When I make a call it just hangs at "dialing" then the call just fails. Calls in go straight to voicemail. Txt sending fails too.
The 4G indicator is blue and I have no problem with email, internet, or other data.
Another strange thing is that the phone will regularly lose all the bars of signal for about 3-5 seconds and the indicator light will flash white. I tried to pay attention to it and it seems to happen about every 11 minutes. I know it's weird.
My phone's rooted and I'm running Nova Launcher, but otherwise no real mods. Nothing new recently installed that I can think of either.
I called Verizon support and they were basically useless. They had me do battery pulls and sim card pulls and tried resetting things from their end without any help. They told me there were no outages in my area (Philly). So they're "looking into it."
Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?
Thank-you!!
