While my Samsung Galaxy S2 is charging it suddenly opens voice-talk on its on while i use it. I dont know what activates it but it doesnt seem to be a double tap, voice command or anything that I have tried. I tried to uninstall or block the app but I cant do it. Anyone has any suggestions?

Does this only happen while charging?
Charging via USB cable or wall charger?
Try just plugging in the charger to the S2 but not connected on the other end, see if the problem is repeated.
