Help Voice Talk stopped working

Hi all;

When I double tap the home key, the builtin vlingo app opens, but it closes itself (quits?) one second later so it cannot be used.

Any suggestions? I can't seem to figure out how to "re-install" it as it came with the device.

you may have forced closed, or deleted this app. also, is there a choice of which voice app to use, as their is with the sgs2 with which web search engine? i do not know if there is a choice with voice talk, as i have not used it.

however, a safe pc rule is: when in doubt, turn off.

so, when NOT charging, just turn off your phone, wait 30 seconds, then turn on, and this will soft reboot your phone. this has always worked with my captivate and sgs2 when things freak out, but i have not used voice talk, and i have no specific help otherwise. i do not know if this app carries a cache, but if it does, delete any cache on it as well.

we all can forget these are actually very sophisticated computers which also happen to make phone calls. good luck.

please, let us know if turning it off/on worked for you or not.......
