Help VOICE TALKE/COMMAND???? Wifi???? pleas help

hi there guys i got my galaxy S2 2weeks ago and the silly question is: that the voice talk/command doesn't work when i'am on the Wifi it only work when i'am using the (data connection) and that connection cost like hell from my provider so is there any thing that i can do???? P.S my internet connection is working very well in streaming,downloading ....etc so pleas help

I suggest you go into voice talk settings.

there is nothing in the setting that helped me so is there another way???
