Help Voice to Text Offer During Playback!

Almost every time I play a new voicemail, a message about a Free Voice to Text offer pops ups, and stops the message playback. I have to click no, then go back and start my message playback again.

I've searched and strangely don't see anyone else complaining about this.

How do I stop that message?? Very annoying, hope someone has a solution!

Are you rooted? Running the stock rom?

You could add the number to your address book then blacklist it...

No not rooted, straight out of the box. Have had it for 6 months or so, I've looked everywhere I can see to turn this off.

I am guessing that is Sprint's transcribing service offer. Did you check in Voicemail settings by pressing Voicemail then Menu then Settings and maybe there is a place to stop the notification. I don't think there is but no clue because I actually use the service.

Yeah sikclown so it is Sprint's service. To make it stop I had to sign up for the free trial, now I just need to remember to cancel it. Appreciate the advice!
