Is there any way to have the voice to text feature on my htc inspire without having to have wifi/data connected? You know like an app or setting or somethin
 
I don't think so, that would involve a ton of data to be stored on the phone. Google, Apple, etc all use a data connection for voice stuff because all of the algorithms and data are stored on their servers.
