Don't know if you're still looking for a keyboard, but Smartkeyboard Pro works like a dream and supports the voice text option...

If your rooted, you an download the xda keyboard which is identical to the htc one but with way more options and includes the little mic for text to speech. It even has an option for how much of a vibration you feel when you type. Its awesome in my opinion. I also loaded the new gallery apk from the nexus one. Let me know if you need the apk files. Once again if your rooted.

Could I get then apk file for xda keyboard. thanks

I wondered the same thing! The google voice search amazes me sometimes...

I live in a town called "Phenix City" Yea...Pheonix with no O. Alabama
...anyways, for example today I said "Post Office Phenix City" and it put Pheonix in the search bar but brought up the correct city in the results. I gave google a thumbs up on that one.
