Voicemail Error Code 7

Hi All,

I am having a problem with my voicemail, not sure if it is related to my phone or not.

If my phone rings, and I ignore or miss the call, the caller will hear a recorded voice say "The number or code you have entered is incorrect, please check the number or code and try again. Message 7, Switch

Happens while roaming or on native Sprint.

The reason I asked is because when I got my phone, I got home (roams at my house) and had issues like that. I called sprint and they had to mess with some of my roaming settings on their end and got it straightened out... other than that I don't have any ideas for you, sorry....
