My MetroPCS Coolpad Quattro 4G voicemail symbol isn't appearing when I have voicemail messages. It worked for a while, but has now stopped. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
The phone is a Metro PCS CoolPad Quattro 4G. When a voicemail message comes in while the phone is off, the voicemail indicator symbol doesn't appear when the phone is turned back on. The voicemail symbol works fine if the message is left while the phone is turned on.
